IUSD Chromebook Insurance Program
IUSD is excited to continue our Chromebook Insurance Program as a resource for parents who will be checking out a Chromebook for their students to use at home in the 2024-2025 school year. To support your child's education at Northwood High School and save money, we strongly recommend purchasing IUSD Chromebook Insurance at a cost of just $20.
Why it matters:
Accidental Damages: We know that accidents can happen. With our IUSD Chromebook Insurance, you won't have to worry about the cost of repairs ($35-$70) if the Chromebook gets damaged.
Loss and Theft: It's common for kids to misplace things. Replacing a lost or stolen Chromebook can be expensive ($225). Our insurance covers this, so you won't be burdened with the cost.
To make it easy:
Create an Account: If you haven't already, create an account for your child at MySchoolBucks. Here you can manage insurance payments.
Buy Insurance: If you already have an account, go directly to the IUSD Chromebook Insurance Program to purchase insurance.
