NHS Back to School & Schedule Changes We hope everyone is enjoying their summer. We look forward to seeing your student in a few weeks for our kick-off days starting Tuesday, August 15 with seniors. If you have not completed the data confirmation process, please do so as soon as possible! Information about the school year was mailed home, but can also be accessed here or online through data confirmation. The schedule change request form is now open and can be found at this link. This link will close Monday, August 21st at 12pm. Please remember that course change requests may not be submitted for teacher or period preferences. If students submitted a course change request in the Spring, and did not receive and email response confirming their change, we kindly ask that they resubmit their request as the list of closed classes has changed over the summer. Also, eligible seniors and juniors can now apply for a parking permit. They must have already attended a Smart Start presentation provided by Irvine Police Department. More information can be found on the NHS Parking Permit Information Page, including upcoming Smart Start presentation dates/times and links for submitting applications. Please note, students with outstanding detentions will not be eligible for a parking permit. The first day of school is Thursday, August 24, 2023! |
